Who Is Eligible for DVA Hearing Services?
You may qualify for DVA-funded hearing services if you hold an eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs card.
DVA Gold Card Holders: Gold Card holders are generally eligible for clinically necessary hearing services and approved hearing devices.
DVA White Card Holders: White Card holders may be eligible where hearing loss has been accepted as a service-related condition.
Eligible Dependants: Certain dependants of eligible veterans may also qualify under DVA program guidelines.
What Happens During a DVA Hearing Assessment?
Our comprehensive hearing assessments are designed to provide a complete understanding of your hearing health and communication needs.
1. Hearing and Lifestyle Consultation
Your clinician will discuss:
- Current hearing concerns
- Communication challenges

This helps us tailor recommendations specifically to your needs.

3. Comprehensive Hearing Testing
Our modern diagnostic testing is comfortable, accurate, and non-invasive.
Tests may include:

Speech Testing: Evaluates how clearly you hear and understand speech.
Tympanometry: Assesses middle ear function and eardrum movement.
4. Clear Explanation of Results
We explain your results in easy-to-understand language.

- Monitoring and follow-up care
